Award winning greens

Our objective was to introduce an upscale daily fee golf course to an area of western Massachusetts that had not seen a new course built in over 20 years. The site was a family dairy farm with two 100-year old barns as its centerpiece. Using those barns as a gateway, the golf course was routed through the surrounding open pastures before working its way through a forested upland area.

The course is noted for its generous fairways, strategic bunkering, and subtlety contoured greens. New England Journal of Golf voted the project as the best new course in New England in 2002 and Golf Digest named it as one of the top new public courses in America.
